Booking your stay with us couldn't be easier !

1) Check that the room or gite you want is available using the availability page on our site

2) Contact us using any of the methods outlined on the 'Contact Us' page to reserve your room/gite

3) We will provide you with details for the various payment methods* we accept, for you to pay initial deposit.

4) Pay your remaining balance on arrival with us in France 

*Direct Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal order.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• There are no other charges other than the room rate, the price you pay is the complete cost of your stay with us with the exception of winter stays in our gite which will incur a 50 Euro winter fuel charge per week (November - March)
• All cleaning of the rooms/gite before and after you leave is included in the cost
• Fresh bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay 
• Your deposit means we will show our property as unavailable for that week - hence deposits are non-refundable
• Initial Deposit is 50% - until this payment has reached us and cleared your booking is not confirmed.  
• Your initial deposit should be sent within 7 days of booking or we will re-advertise availability
• Minimum stay period in the Gite is 7 days during the summer period (July - Early September).  Contact us for options outside the summer period
