| Welcome to our newly refurbished
three bedroomed Gite which has been converted from what was outbuildings on our estate
into a fully equipped holiday Gite. We have kept the original features where we can
including a large open fireplace in the kitchen/diner area and the original grape vines
growing on the walls - complete with grapes ! Access to the gite is via a separate drive entrance from the road meaning that you can come and go as you please with no interference or hindrance from any guests staying in out Bed and Breakfast rooms. As with the Bed and Breakfast rooms the gite rates include access to our shared swimming pool which is a short walk from the front of the gite down the hill. |

| The gite has been internally
built to our specifications meaning that it provides a large open plan living room
(furniture shown is property of a current long term tenant and has been replaced for the
2007 season). Along the side of the living room are doors which open straight out
onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer
and a dishwasher so you will never be far from home comforts during your stay. Adjacent to the living room is a disabled access bedroom with wide door suitable for wheelchair users. It has an en-suite bathroom including a large double shower complete with side facing 'rain bars' for a luxury shower experience. All of the bathrooms in the gite include a WC and washbasin as well as double shower as shown in the picture below. Linen and Towels are included in your weekly rate |

The gite comes fully equipped for
you to move straight in when you arrive. All of your cleaning as well as linen as
mentioned before is included in your stay - that includes cleaning at the end of your
stay. The maximum occupancy in the gite is 8 however we would recommend it for 6 people which it can easily accommodate across its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only extra charge is a 50 Euro fuel supplement which is payable during the winter months to cover the cost of heating the gite. During the summer months the thick stone walls of the gite keep the rooms cool and there's no need for any extra heating ! |

The gite has three bedrooms which
are all supplied furnished with large wardrobes and double beds. One of the bedrooms
has its own en-suite bathroom facilities whilst the other two bedroom share a
bathroom. Two of the three bedrooms overlook the hill across the river valley and
the grounds of our estate towards the pool area. The rates for the gite are
